Return and Refund Policy

At CasaChairs LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original, unused condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Free from any signs of wear, assembly, or use
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@casachairs.shop or call (518) 617-1360
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide return instructions
  4. Carefully package the item(s) in the original packaging
  5. Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our team

Important: Please do not ship items back without first obtaining a Return Authorization number. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:

  • The item received was defective or damaged
  • We shipped the wrong item
  • The item was misrepresented on our website

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return. CasaChairs LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. Please allow:

  • 2-3 business days for inspection after we receive your return
  • 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your original payment method
  • Additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your financial institution)

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card purchases: Refunded to the original card
  • PayPal purchases: Refunded to your PayPal account
  • Shop Pay purchases: Refunded through Shop Pay

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item shipped).

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for different colors, styles, or sizes. To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us at support@casachairs.shop or call (518) 617-1360
  2. Let us know which item you'd like to exchange and what you'd prefer instead
  3. We'll provide instructions for returning the original item and placing a new order

To ensure you receive your preferred replacement quickly, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item while returning the original.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping our products. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the damage or defect
  3. Include your order number

We will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost, or issue a full refund including original shipping charges. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been assembled or used
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance (if applicable)
  • Custom or personalized orders (if applicable)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the timeframe specified above:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank - processing times may vary
  3. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@casachairs.shop

Bulk or Commercial Orders

For bulk orders (10+ chairs) or commercial purchases, please contact us directly to discuss return options, as special terms may apply.
